1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in computer science, electronic engineering, marketing, and related fields.
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the industrial vision sensor product market, with a deep understanding of the industrial vision sensor industry.
3. Familiar with marketing strategies and methods, possessing strong market planning and execution abilities.
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to establish effective connections with different departments and clients.
5. Possess technical background and solution capabilities, able to provide technical support and customer training to the sales team.
6. Possess strong organizational and management skills, able to efficiently manage projects and teams.
