1. Responsible for the testing of the company's 3D camera and software platform product development phase, designing test cases and scenarios, and ensuring the implementation of various indicators and functions of new products;
2. Execute test cases, accurately describe and record bug information during testing, assist the R&D team in locating and reproducing bugs, and complete regression testing;
3. Assist the AE department in reproducing product defects reported by customers, supplementing test cases, and improving the coverage of product development testing;
4. Release product testing reports, organize cross departmental teams to conduct risk assessments and control plans for open bugs;
5. Develop and import automated testing tools to achieve automated testing of product software functionality and SDK interfaces.
6. Design product reliability testing scenarios, record and analyze test data, and improve product reliability indicators;

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer and automation related majors
2. More than 5 years of experience in machine vision product development and testing, with strong ability to write testing documents;
3. Familiar with a scripting language and have experience in software automation testing;
4. Proficient in C/C++programming language, with experience in SDK and software white box testing;
5. Having experience in product software reliability testing;
6. Passionate about testing work, honest and responsible, with a rigorous attitude, possessing strong teamwork spirit and the ability to solve practical problems.

1. Learn and understand the functions and application scenarios of the company's 3D visual products, and be proficient in using them.
2. Understand the delivery method and content of 3D camera hardware, such as document specifications, training methods, target audience, and acceptance evaluation.
3. Prepare training materials based on product or software update release nodes, and conduct training for users. Manage the delivery of software interfaces, use routine calls, and evaluate user acceptance. Resolve difficulties during user invocation process.
4. Summarize customer needs for on-site technical support or business feedback, and promptly organize relevant colleagues to discuss and output requirements, while providing feedback and answers to on-site colleagues.
5. Answering application issues related to products in on-site technical support, and handling abnormal product issues that FAE colleagues cannot solve.
6. Measure the commonalities of problems from the perspective of product application, and record and organize them in documents.
7. Familiar with the application problems of industrial products and the troubleshooting methods of software and hardware.
8. Verify potential issues with the product during on-site debugging, provide feedback on hardware and software issues, and assist R&D engineers in resolving them.

1. College degree or above in computer science, image processing, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in after-sales support or delivery of software and hardware products
2. Responsible for writing product delivery documents, functional usage instructions, and training.
3. Understand development programming languages such as C++or C #, and have the ability to read code.
4. Have experience in supporting 3D industrial camera products or 3D projects, and have a basic understanding of image processing.
5. Has good expression and communication skills, strong learning ability, proactive and responsible, patient and approachable when communicating with others.

1. More than 3 years of work experience in machine vision, with a college degree or above in computer science, image processing, or related fields;
2. Familiar with the process of industrial visual image data processing, familiar with the background of 3D image data processing knowledge;
