NextVision's LVM camera supports HDR function.

High-Dynamic Range (HDR) images can provide more dynamic range and image details than ordinary images. According to LDR (Low-Dynamic Range) images with different exposure times, each exposure is used. The time corresponds to the LDR image with the best detail to synthesize the final HDR image, which can better reflect the visual effect in the real environment.

NextView Camera Capture software supports the HDR function through the following settings:

1. Enter the camera acquisition parameter setting (process bar on the right side of the interface, parameter setting area):

2. Enable HDR by setting the number of exposures and the duration of each exposure

l Exposure times: supports up to 3 exposure times (also known as HDR, multiple exposures)

l For one exposure: You can set the exposure time 1

l During secondary exposure: exposure time 1 and exposure time 2 can be set

l For three exposures: exposure time 1, exposure time 2, and exposure time 3 can be set

3. Note on HDR function: This function is applicable to the tested object that must have obvious dark areas and bright areas.

l Parameter Description:

u Exposure time 1: exp1 first exposure time

u Exposure time 2: exp2 second exposure time

u Exposure time 3: exp3 third exposure time

l Set up rules:

u Two frame dynamic wide motion

l exp1 > exp2

l exp1: Adjust the exposure value to make the dark area have a better brightness value, fill this exposure value into exp1

l exp2: Adjust the exposure value to make the bright area have a better brightness value, fill this exposure value into exp2

u Three frame dynamic wide motion

l exp1 > exp2 >exp 3

l exp1: Adjust the exposure value to make the dark area have a better brightness value, fill this exposure value into exp1

l exp2: Adjust the exposure value to make the sub-dark area have a better brightness value, fill this exposure value into exp2

l exp3: Adjust the exposure value to make the sub-bright area have a better brightness value, fill this exposure value into exp3

l Instructions

When the scanning content of a detection object contains obvious bright and dark areas, you can use one exposure to adjust a better exposure value for different exposure effects, and then fill in the exposure time from large to small according to the needs of the areas with large differences in light and dark. , supports up to three exposures, you can scan a good effect for this workpiece.
